How does it work?
After filling in our registration form, our administration team will get in contact with you to complete and confirm the set up and assign a personal maintenance manager for you, your one point of contact for all incidents and issues. Your personal maintenance manager will guide you through the app installation, will explain the functions and how to control the property maintenance digitally.
Each member will have its own profile page, where personal data and property information can be adjusted individually. The task board will give you the overview of currently ongoing maintenance services and provide you a track history of any incident or alert. Your personal maintenance manager will lead the task throughout the process on site and will be constantly reporting through the App. Regardless of where you are and at all times, you`ll be in full control of the maintenance activities of your property.
